Formerly an independent boutique hotel, 3 Nagas was rebranded as part of the MGallery Collection alongside Sofitel Luang Prabang. With rich local character and a prime location in the heart of town, the property had high potential — but needed stronger guest-facing storytelling, awareness, and brand-aligned content.


The Challenge

To implement the MGallery brand across guest touchpoints, amplify the hotel’s presence through PR and content, and bring its cultural charm to life for a broader audience.


Our Approach

Working as Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications, Sebastian led the execution of MGallery standards, development of all guest-facing content, and media and KOL engagement to drive awareness and visibility.We built storytelling around the hotel’s charming past — including its role as a former royal ice cream parlour, which became a playful guest experience moment. Located on the main street, 3 Nagas was also positioned as the ideal base to explore Luang Prabang, with direct access to daily almsgiving rituals. Today, Tellmysaga continues to support the hotel as an ongoing marketing advisor — reviewing content, guiding social media direction, and ensuring alignment with the brand’s unique positioning.


Outcome

3 Nagas now enjoys a strong, authentic identity, clear visibility, and continued guest interest — firmly positioned as one of Luang Prabang’s most charming and walkable heritage hotels.
